Goal: get comfortable with nonlinear parts and pulse sources before moving on to signal integrity.

Work through these guides. Each one uses the same pattern: parts, traces, a source, a probe and a transient.

• Half-wave rectifier
• Full-wave rectifier
• Transistor switch
• High-pass filter
• Low-pass filter
• Boost converter

Run each one with bunx tsci simulate <file>.

Before Part 2, you should be able to:

• write a source, a probe and an analysis from memory;
• pick duration and timePerStep for the signal you care about;
• find your node in the ngspice table;
• check a result on paper.
